    Welcome to Kande Horse, an unique opportunity to experience the Malawi bush, forest, lakeshore and beach on horseback. Situated on 50 acres of Brachystegia woodland, four kilometers from the shores of Lake Malawi, Kande Horse is ideally situated to offer a variety of activities for all types of traveler and all levels of rider. 

We have a stable of twenty horses which means we are able to cater for all ages and abilities, from complete novice to experienced riders. Whether you have ridden all your life or never sat on a horse before, we have the horse to suit you.

Enjoy riding leisurely through picturesque rolling hills and indigenous forests, along white sandy beaches and swimming bareback in the cool clear water of the lake. We also offer lessons and polocrosse for the more experienced rider.
